New Housing Availability
A Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) for Affordable Family Homes has been awarded to the City of Tabor. The grant will provide for 2 new single-family homes and 2 townhomes that offer 4 privately owned living units. Southwest Iowa Planning Council (SWIPCO) in Atlantic will be the primary contact for this program. Interested families and individuals should contact SWIPCO at 866-279-4720 for guidelines and application forms. SWIPCO will process the fully completed applications.
